America The Great brings the conciseness of Black and White American cultural history into the gallery space of the Cooper Union's second floor lobby. The stucture in the North side is a representation of a room in a Rosenwald school. The Garments that are tied to the working elements of the space are based on the fashion silhouettes and structural elements of the Rosenwald schools.
